1. Contracting Parties

1.1. S.C. CANISMAJORIS21 SRL, a Romanian legal entity with its registered office at Brașov, Str. Tudor Arghezi 15, Jud. Brașov, registered at the Trade Registry near the Brașov Tribunal under no. J8/2480/2018, with the unique registration code RO40065637, and bank account no. RO74BTRLRONCRT0681540501 opened at Banca Transilvania,

and

1.2. The Client, user of the ZoneLink platform and all services offered through it, hereinafter referred to as the Client,

have agreed to the following Terms and Conditions:

This document constitutes the agreement proposed by the Provider and must be accepted prior to using or purchasing any services. Any confirmed action by the Client, such as ticking the checkbox “I agree to the Terms and Conditions,” represents a valid acceptance of the Provider’s offer in accordance with applicable Romanian law.

2. Definitions

ZoneLink Platform: The website, web application, and services accessible at zonee-link.com and its subdomains.

Service: Any functionalities offered by the Provider, including but not limited to polygon drawing, courier zone management, address lookups.

Client: A legal entity or authorized representative who registers and/or uses the ZoneLink platform for internal business operations.

User: Any individual who accesses the platform under a Client account (courier, manager, admin).

Order: A request submitted by the Client to activate, purchase, or upgrade one or more services.

Visitor: A person who accesses the website without registering or placing an order.

3. Use of the Platform

The ZoneLink App is designed to support courier and delivery businesses by improving the efficiency of zone management and operational logistics.

Clients must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to act on behalf of their business.

The use of the platform is permitted only under the terms of this agreement.

4. User Account Responsibility

Clients are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and ensuring that their users access the platform appropriately.

Any unauthorized access or suspicious activity must be reported to the Provider immediately.

The Provider reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts if Terms are violated.

5. Intellectual Property

All components of the ZoneLink App, including source code, design, branding, and content, are the intellectual property of S.C. CANIMAJORIS21 SRL and protected under Romanian and international IP laws.

Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform without prior written permission.

6. Service Availability and Accuracy

The Provider strives to ensure high accuracy of geolocation, address data, and operational tools. However, data may be impacted by third-party mapping APIs or manual input.

The ZoneLink platform is provided “as is.” The Provider makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted availability or absolute precision.

The Provider is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect user input or misuse.

7. Fees and Payments

Some ZoneLink features may be available through paid plans or subscriptions.

Pricing, billing cycle, and payment methods will be made available at the time of Order.

The Provider reserves the right to update prices or billing terms with reasonable notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Provider shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

Zone misassignment or incorrect address lookups

Courier miscommunication or missed deliveries

Technical interruptions or third-party API failures

The total liability of the Provider shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for services in the last 3 months.

9. Suspension and Termination

The Provider may suspend or terminate access to the platform for:

Breach of contract

Inappropriate use or fraud

Legal obligation or technical issues requiring temporary shutdown

Clients may request cancellation of their account at any time.

10. Modifications to These Terms

The Provider reserves the right to update or modify these Terms.

Clients will be notified of significant changes via email or within the app.

Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be settled in the competent courts of Brașov, Romania.
